摘　　要：目的通过信息化手段增强军队医疗机构和疗养机构的数据互通,服务于军队伤病员的双向转诊工作。方法通过基于云服务的信息平台技术和加密的数据专线打通数据沟通渠道,构建服务于医疗业务的信息系统。结果建设“康复之桥”双向转诊平台,提升双向转诊工作信息化水平,方便医生通过电子疗病案全面掌握伤病员诊疗数据。结论通过信息化技术手段,能够有效促进医疗数据共享,提升双向转诊工作效率。Objective To enhance the data exchange between military medical institutions and convalescent institutions by means of information technology,so as to serve the two-way referral of military patients.Methods The information platform technology based on cloud services and encrypted data lines were used to open up data communication channels and build an information system for medical services.Results The"bridge of rehabilitation"two-way referral platform was built to improve the informatization level of two-way referral work and facilitate doctors to comprehensively master the diagnosis and treatment data of patients through electronic medical records.Conclusion Information technology can effectively promote the sharing of medical data and improve the efficiency of two-way referral.
