摘  要:通过离子交换反应将γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)接枝于聚磷酸铵(APP)表面,然后加入水解后的正十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷(DTMS)引发共缩合反应,成功制备出改性聚磷酸铵(C-APP)。采用FT-IR、XPS、SEM等方法分别对APP和C-APP进行表征。研究结果表明,长链烷烃及Si—O—Si结构接枝于APP表面,疏水角由20.0°变为146.9°。以此为基础,将APP和C-APP加入到丙烯酸酯密封胶(AS)当中,制备出一系列阻燃AS复合材料并对其阻燃性能、耐水性、力学性能等进行了测试分析。研究表明,C-APP可以进一步提升AS复合材料的阻燃性能,当加入20%(质量分数)C-APP时,LOI达到26%(体积分数),UL-94等级为V-0级;APP/AS浸水后失重率为17.5%,而C-APP/AS则降低至9.6%;此外,C-APP的加入改善了AS复合材料的力学性能,增进了APP与AS的相容性。By ion exchange reaction,γ-Aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550)was grafted on the surface of ammonium polyphosphate(APP),and then hydrolyzed n-dodecyl trimethoxysilane(DTMS)was added to initiate the co-condensation reaction.The modified ammonium polyphosphate(C-APP)was successfully prepared.The APP and C-APP were characterized by FT-IR,XPS and SEM.The results showed that long-chain alkanes and Si-O-Si structures were grafted on the surface of APP,and the hydrophobic angle changed from 20.0°to 146.9°.A series of AS flame retardant sealants were prepared and tested for their water resistance.The results show that C-APP can further improve the flame retardant performance of AS composites.When 20 wt%C-APP is added,the LOI reaches 26 vol%and the UL-94 grade is V-0.The weight loss rate of APP/AS after immersion was 17.5%,while that of C-APP/AS decreased to 9.6%.In addition,the addition of C-APP improves the mechanical properties of AS composites and improves the compatibility between APP and AS.
