摘  要:针对智能电网中拥有电力供给和消费双重角色的家庭型产消者,研究此类产消者在无储能设备情况下的实时电力管理策略。首先构建电力需求最大容忍约束下的家庭型产消者实时电力管理模型,基于Lyapunov优化理论提出了一种实时电力管理算法,该算法根据智能电网电价的时变性、自身发电的随机性和柔性负载的可转移性,对产消者的电力使用以及与电网之间电力交易进行控制管理,在保证产消者的电力需求等待时延不超过可容忍的期限的前提下,最大化产消者出售电力所获的收益。所提算法复杂度低且不需要知道电力需求、电价变化和可再生能源发电的统计信息;理论分析表明所提算法可使优化目标无限趋于最优;最后仿真对比表明所提算法明显优于已有算法和其他几种贪婪算法,此外分析了各参数对算法性能(收益和时延)的影响。所提实时策略为产消者的电力管理提供了理论依据,有利于电网的稳定运行。A real-time electricity management strategy is studied for the prosumers without energy storage device,which have dual role of power supplier and consumer in smart grid.Firstly,a real-time power management model with the constraint of maximum tolerance of power demand is constructed.Based on Lyapunov optimization theory,a real-time electricity management algorithm is proposed to maximize the power user’s revenue generated by selling electricity to external grid while guaranteeing the service delay of electricity demand within given tolerable period,considering time-varying price of power system,uncertainty of user generation and flexible load to control and manage the power consumption of the prosumer and the electricity trading with the grid.The proposed algorithm has low complexity and does not need to know the statistical characteristics of power demand,electricity price and renewable energy power generation.Theoretical analysis shows that the proposed algorithm can make the optimization target infinitely close to optimum,with guarantee of the delay of electricity demand in tolerance range.Finally,simulation results are given to show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing algorithms and several other greedy algorithms,and the impact of the different parameters on the performance of algorithm is analyzed,which provides a theoretical basis of power management of prosumer and helps the stable operation of power grid.
