电子线路中线圈承受瞬态电流的能力分析与研究

摘  要:线圈作为一种磁性元件,被广泛应用于各种电子线路中。电子线路中的线圈除了储能、滤波、电压转换等作用,可能还要具备承受浪涌或短路工况下的电流冲击。对线圈的瞬态大电流(浪涌电流和短路工况)承受力进行了定量分析和工程计算推导,并通过瞬态热仿真和理论计算值进行对比验证,给出了不同线径线圈所能承受瞬态电流的参考值,供线圈开发和应用人员参考。Coils as magnetics,are widely used in a variety of electronic circuits.In addition to energy storage,filtering,voltage conversion and other functions,the coil may also be able to withstand the current impact under surge or short circuit conditions.In this paper,the ability of withstanding transient current(surge current and short circuit condition)of the coils are quantitatively analyzed and the engineering calculation is derived,and the transient thermal simulation and theoretical calculation value are compared and verified.and the transient current reference value that the coil with different wire diameters can withstand is given for coil developers and electronics engineer.
