中国地区宾大效应表现形式及驱动因素研究

摘　　要：本文通过整合宏微观数据库,获得一套我国31个省(区、市)间可比的价格与支出数据;基于购买力平价(PPP)理论,测算并外推得到2010—2019年我国31个省(区、市)的PPP时间序列;建立时间、地区双向固定的面板模型对中国地区宾大效应(1)的表现形式进行研究,进而对我国地区宾大效应的驱动因素进行探讨。研究发现:我国全域及欠发达地区的宾大效应呈线性表现形式,而发达地区宾大效应呈非线性形式;地区收入水平对贸易品价格不存在显著影响,而非贸易品价格影响中我国地区宾大效应的强弱,居住价格成为重要驱动因素;同时教育文化、医疗保健市场的价格水平及供需关系也需进一步关注。最后,本文为缩减我国地区间经济发展不均衡、扩大内需提供针对性政策建议。This paper examines the manifestations of the regional Penn effect in China, and then explores the drivers of the regional Penn effect in China. By integrating macro and micro-level databases, a set of comparable price and expenditure data at the regional level in China is obtained, the PPP time series of 31Chinese provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) from 2010-2019 is measured and extrapolated based on the purchasing power parity(PPP) theory, and a two-way fixed panel model of time and region is established for empirical analysis. This study finds that: the Penn effect in China’s whole region and less developed regions shows a linear pattern, while the Penn effect in developed regions shows a non-linear pattern. There is no significant effect of regional income level on the price of traded goods, while the price of non-traded goods affects the strength of the Penn effect in Chinese regions, and the price of residence becomes an important driver. Meanwhile, the price level and supply and demand in the education and culture and healthcare markets also need further attention. Finally, it provides targeted policy suggestions for reducing the inequality of economic development among China’s regions and expanding domestic demand.
