摘  要:为探讨脱硫弧菌(Desulfovibrio vulgaris)生物矿化形成生物硫铁复合物的机理,采用FSEM,XRD,TEM等测试手段对制备的硫铁复合物进行定性定量分析,探究了产物的微观形貌、组成和形成位置。结果表明:硫铁复合物的最佳合成时间为3 d,其合成转化率约为40%,矿化形成的硫铁复合物是一种以四方硫铁矿为主、与黄铁矿和硫化铁组成的混合物,其形貌主要是微晶型与非晶型的纳米级结构,主要以无定型状态、鳞片层状叠加形式存在;其Fe,S的原子比约为1∶0.88;脱硫弧菌在其胞内、胞外均可合成硫铁复合物且部分合成的硫铁复合物包裹在菌体外部。In order to explore the mechanism of biomineralization of sulfur-iron complex by Desulfovibrio vulgaris,the prepared sulfur-iron complex was qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by FSEM,XRD,TEM and other testing methods.The micro-morphology,composition and formation position of the product was investigated.The results show that the optimum synthesis time of sulfur-iron complex is 3d,and the synthesis conversion rate is about 40%.The mineralized iron-sulfur complex is a mixture.It is mainly composed of mackinawite and synthecized with pyrite and iron sulfide.Its morphology is mainly microcrystalline and amorphous nano-structure.It mainly exists in the form of amorphous and lamellar superposition of scales,and the atomic ratio of Fe and S is about 1∶0.88.Desulfovibrio vulgaris can synthesize sulfur-iron complex in both intracellular and extracellular,and part of the synthetic sulfur-iron complex is wrapped outside the cell.
