摘 要:以氯化钴、有机胺为原料,利用有机胺共沉淀法制备了球形氢氧化钴。使用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和激光粒度分析仪对其进行了晶体结构、形貌和粒度分析。实验发现,反应的温度、时间、搅拌速度、氯化钴浓度对氢氧化钴的粒度和形貌有重要影响。研究了上述条件对球形氢氧化钴制备的影响并进行了理论分析。结果表明当氯化钴浓度为2 mol/L、反应温度为65℃、搅拌速度为560 r/min时,所得氢氧化钴外观呈球形,平均粒度为5.046μm。本文提出的球形氢氧化钴制备方法极大程度减少了氨氮废水的产生,降低了工业生产成本。Spherical cobalt hydroxide was prepared with cobalt chloride and organic amine by organic amine precipitation method. The crystal structure,morphology and particle size were analyzed by X-ray diffraction analyzer,scanning electron microscopy and laser particle size analyzer. It was found that the reaction temperature,time,stirring speed and cobalt chloride concentration have significant influences on the particle size and morphology of cobalt hydroxide. The effects of the above conditions on the preparation of spherical cobalt hydroxide were theoretically analyzed. The results show that the morphology of obtained product is spherical with the average particle size of 5.046 μm at cobalt chloride solution concentration of 2 mol/L,stirring speed of 560 r/min,reaction time of 2 h and reaction temperature of 65 ℃. The production method of Co(OH)2significantly reduces the production of ammonia-nitrogen wastewater and the cost of industrial production.
