摘　　要：医养结合自2013年被提上政府议程后,迅速成为学界关注的焦点。运用Citespace软件对CNKI数据库2013—2021年637篇关于医养结合的高质量期刊论文及其参考文献进行可视化分析发现,我国医养结合研究经历了萌芽、推进及深化、沉淀三个阶段,每个阶段都呈现出较为明显的时代特征及政策导向性。如今的医养结合研究领域,已经形成一批具有较大影响力的核心作者群与机构群,但该领域的学者、机构之间尚未形成“大合作”格局。从发文机构、发文期刊、被引期刊来看,医养结合研究成果更多地由医学相关研究机构的学者发表在医药卫生类期刊,并主要被医药卫生类期刊引用,导致医养结合研究与传统养老服务研究之间“壁垒”明显。今后该领域研究可以在理论基础、参与主体、研究内容、研究视野等方面进行拓展和深化。Since the integrated elderly care and medical services was put on the national agenda in 2013,it has rapidly become the focus of the academic community.This paper uses Citespace software to visually analyze 637 high-quality journal papers and references on the integrated elderly care and medical services in CNKI database from 2013 to 2021.This study finds that the research on the integrated elderly care and medical services in China has gone through three stages:germination stage,promotion and deepening stage,and precipitation stage.Each stage has shown obvious characteristics of the times and policy orientation.Nowadays,a group of influential core authors and institutionshave been formed inthe research field of the integrated elderly care and medical services.But there is no"big cooperation"pattern between scholars and institutions in this field.From the perspective of publishing institutions,publishing journals and cited journals,at present,the research of the integrated elderly care and medical services in China are mostly published in medical and health journals by scholars from medical related research institutions,and are mainly quoted by medical and health journals.As a result,the"barriers"between the research on the integrated elderly care and medical services and the research on traditional elderly care services are obvious.In the future,research in this field can be expanded and deepened in terms of theoretical basis,participants,research content,research vision,etc.
