基 金:露地冷凉蔬菜优新品种引选及花椰菜高质高产栽培关键技术研究(2020BBF03016)。
摘 要:为筛选出适宜宁夏南部山区露地栽培的甘蓝优新品种,课题组从区外引进10个甘蓝品种开展田间品比试验。结果表明,优冠、慕兰丸美、绿甘405和世农2145的田间光环境适应能力较强;世农2145的维生素C含量、可溶性固形物含量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量优于其他品种;世农2145的单球重、产量最高,分别为731.23 g和51768.45 kg/hm2。综上所述,世农2145综合表现优于其他品种,可作为今后宁夏南部山区露地甘蓝优势品种发展。In order to screen out superior new varieties of cabbage suitable for open field cultivation in southern mountainous area of Ningxia, 10 cabbage varieties were introduced to carry out field comparison test. The results showed that adaptability to light environment of Youguan, Mulanwanmei, Lugan 405 and Shinong 2145was superior;Content of vitamin C, soluble solids, soluble sugar and soluble protein of Shinong 2145 were superior;Single head weight and yield of Shinong 2145 was 731.23 g and 51 768.45 kg/hm~2, respectively, the highest among the 10 varieties. In conclusion, the comprehensive performance of Shinong 2145 is the best,which can be used as the dominant cabbage variety in open field in Ningxia in the future.
