摘　　要：本文系统回顾了宁夏农业特色优势产业优化调整自1978年以来经历的6个阶段的发展历程。总结了优化调整取得的成效:农业特色优势产业取得了长足发展;农牧产业结构日趋合理;种植业和畜牧业内部结构日趋合理;区域布局日趋合理。分析了产业优化调整的基本经验和启示:优化调整的过程贯穿着以市场为导向、以效益为中心、以农民增收为目的的经济原则;始终坚持粮食安全、生态安全的底线;始终坚持因地制宜,按照不同区域的资源禀赋和土地、水资源、气候等比较优势条件布局农业特色优势产业;始终坚持由数量扩张型向效率提升型再向高质量发展型不断转型的发展方向;始终坚持发挥政府引导作用和市场决定作用的有机结合。This paper systematically reviews the process of optimization and adjustment of Ningxia's agricultural characteristic and advantageous industries.Since 1978,it has experienced six adjustment stages.The results of the optimization and adjustment are summarized:the agricultural characteristic and advantageous industries have made great progress;the structure of agriculture and animal husbandry is becoming more and more reasonable;the internal structure of planting and animal husbandry is becoming more and more reasonable;The basic experience and enlightenment of optimization and adjustment are analyzed:the process of optimization and adjustment runs through the economic principles of market-oriented,benefit-centered,and with the farmers'income increase as the objective;always adhere to the bottom line of food security and ecological security;the agricultural characteristic advantageous industries shall be deployed in accordance with the resource endowments of different regions and comparative advantages in land,water resources,climate and other comparative advantages;always adhere to the development direction of continuous transformation from quantity expansion to efficiency improvement and then to high quality;always insist on giving play to the guiding role of the government in organic combination with the decisive role of the market.
