摘　　要：在发展新型农业经营主体的背景下,农民专业合作社合作失灵将导致其发展恶化,影响农业经济转型以及农户增收。本文基于中国经济发展的现实,对当前农民专业合作社失灵现状及其原因进行了深入分析。研究认为,由于当前农民专业合作社具有排他性以及农户合作意愿偏低,限制了合作社规模扩大。虽然其中原因复杂多样,但中国的人口问题是农民专业合作社合作失灵的前提,而合作社机制不完善是合作社合作失灵的主要原因。同时,土地的特殊性对合作社合作失灵也具有一定影响。基于上述分析,本文从农户就业、合作社治理,以及政府监管与引导等方面提出对策,从而为相关政策的制定提供理论依据。Under the background of development of new agricultural business entities, the failure of agricultural cooperative cooperation will threaten its development and has an inducing effect on agricultural economy transformation and farmers’ income increasing. Based on the reality of China’s economic development, this paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the failure of agricultural cooperatives. The study believes that the scale of cooperatives is limited due to the exclusion of current cooperatives and the low willingness of farmers to cooperate. Although there are various reasons, China’s population problem is the premise of the failure of cooperatives, and the imperfect cooperative mechanism is the main reason for the failure of cooperatives. At the same time, the particularity of land also has a inducing effect on the failure of cooperatives. Based on the above analysis, this paper proposes countermeasures from different aspects such as farmer employment, cooperative governance and government supervision and guidance, so as to provide theoretical basis for relevant policies.
