摘　　要：大白菜,为十字花科芸薹属中能形成叶球的亚种,属二年生草本植物。近些年夏季大白菜的未熟抽薹现象在蔬菜反季节种植中屡次发生,使得大白菜失去商品价值。本文重点通过对开花抽薹机制进行论述,如春化作用、光周期、温度、水肥条件、内源激素和自主途径等。研究夏季大白菜未熟抽薹的原因,并提出应对栽培措施,为夏季大白菜生产提供技术上的参考。Chinese cabbage, a biennial herb, is a subspecies of Brassica of Cruciferae that can form leaf bulbs.The immature bolting phenomenon of Chinese cabbage in summer has occurred repeatedly in the off-season planting of vegetables in recent years, making Chinese cabbage lose its commercial value.This paper focuses on the mechanism of flowering bolting, such as vernalization, photoperiod, temperature, water and fertilizer conditions, endogenous hormones and autonomous pathways.The reasons for the immature bolting of Chinese cabbage in summer were studied, and the corresponding cultivation measures were proposed to provide technical reference for the production of Chinese cabbage in summer.
