有机复合添加剂对镀铬膜层组织和性能的影响

摘  要:为提高镀铬膜层的力学性能、加深镀层厚度、提高实际生产效率。在传统镀铬工艺上添加有机复合添加剂HEEC-2,对试样进行硬度测试、金相组织观察、微观组织分析以及能谱分析。结果表明,传统镀铬工艺的镀层的厚度约为72.12μm,硬度为(699±3)HV,而含HEEC-2有机复合添加剂的高效镀铬工艺的镀铬层相对较薄,大约为58.05μm,硬度为(862±5) HV。采用有机复合添加剂可以明显改善材料的力学性能,硬度得到提高且其铬膜密度仍然满足工艺要求。相对传统工艺,含HEEC-2有机复合添加剂镀铬沉积速度有着显著提升。In order to improve the mechanical properties of chromium coating, deepen the coating thickness, improve the actual production efficiency. The organic composite additive HEEC-2 was added to the traditional chromium plating process. The hardness test, metallographic observation, microstructure analysis and energy spectrum analysis of the samples were carried out. The results show that the thickness of the coating prepared by the traditional chromium plating process is about 72.12 μm, and the hardness is(699±3) HV, while the chromium coating prepared by the high-efficiency chromium plating process with HEEC-2 organic composite additive is relatively thin, about 58.05 μm, and the hardness is(862±5) HV. The use of organic composite additives can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the material, the hardness is improved and its chromium film density still meets the process requirements. Compared with the traditional process, the deposition rate of chromium plating containing HEEC-2 organic composite additive has been significantly improved.
