摘  要:为了研究煤炭地下气化炉的气化特性及其影响因素,结合煤炭地下气化动力学,采用Aspen Plus建立煤炭地下气化过程的动力学仿真模型,在此基础上研究了地下气化炉的有效反应体积和全混流反应器的数量,且模拟结果与地下气化实验的实验结果比较吻合。利用Aspen Plus的灵敏度分析模块研究氧煤质量比、蒸汽煤质量比对气体组分和碳转化率的影响,结果表明,随着氧煤质量比的增加,碳转化率逐渐升高,CO和H_(2)含量逐渐增加,而CO_(2)的含量逐渐降低。随着蒸汽煤质量比的增加,碳转化率逐渐下降,CO和H_(2)含量逐渐降低,而CO_(2)的含量逐渐提高。该模型能够较好地反映煤炭地下气化炉的完整气化过程,可为煤炭地下气化过程的研究提供参考。In order to study the gasification characteristics of underground coal gasifier and its influencing factors,combined with the kinetics of underground coal gasification,Aspen Plus was used to establish a dynamic simulation model of underground coal gasification process.On this basis,the effective reaction volume of underground gasifier and the number of fully mixed flow reactors were studied,and the simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental results of underground gasification experiments.The sensitivity analysis module of Aspen Plus was used to study the effects of oxygen coal mass ratio and steam coal mass ratio on gas composition and carbon conversion rate.The results show that with the increase of oxygen coal mass ratio,the carbon conversion rate gradually increases,the content of CO and H_(2) gradually increases,and the content of CO_(2) gradually decreases.With the increase of steam coal mass ratio,the carbon conversion rate gradually decreases,the content of CO and H_(2) gradually decreases,and the content of CO_(2) gradually increases.The model can better reflect the complete gasification process of underground coal gasifier,which can provide reference for the study of underground coal gasification process.
