摘  要:介绍了传统型电子防护涂层产品的种类,包含聚氨酯类、环氧树脂类、丙烯酸树脂类以及有机硅树脂等种类,传统防护涂层的厚度偏高,不利于印刷电路板(PCB)板使用中的散热,并且防污防潮性等性能不突出。认为含氟丙烯酸酯是目前最佳的PCB板防护涂层树脂。介绍了含氟丙烯酸酯树脂的结构与性能,通过分析国内外电子防护涂层技术近年来研究的发展趋势,预计长链氟烷基丙烯酸酯聚合物逐渐成为过去,需要在新型树脂如全氟聚醚基和水性氟树脂的研究生产中给予更多关注。The types of traditional electronic protective coating products are introduced, including polyurethane, epoxy resin, acrylic resin and silicone resin. The thickness of traditional protective coating is too high, which is not conducive to the heat dissipation in the use of printed circuit board(PCB), and the performance of antifouling and moisture proof is not outstanding. Fluorinated acrylate is considered to be the best PCB protective coating resin. The structure and properties of fluorinated acrylate resin were introduced.By analyzing the development trend of electronic protective coating technology at home and abroad in recent years, it is expected that long-chain fluoroalkyl acrylate polymers will gradually become the past, and more attention should be paid to the research and production of new resins such as perfluoropolyether-based and waterborne fluororesins.
