摘  要:了解野生植物种子萌发对短期室温干贮藏的响应,可解释本地野生植物被用于植被恢复中的种子出苗情况,还可以为种子萌发策略及其种群更新研究提供科学依据。本研究以用于飞播的4种野生植物为研究材料,探讨了成熟鲜种子的萌发温度、短期室温干贮藏后种子生活力以及休眠和萌发的变化。结果表明:顶羽菊(Rhaponticum repens)、糙苏(Phlomis umbrosa)和花花柴(Karelinia caspia)成熟鲜种子在25/15℃下萌发率高,分别为27%、98%和100%左右。在三个温度条件下铃铛刺(Halimodendron halodendron)种子萌发率没有明显变化,最高萌发率为46%左右。顶羽菊和铃铛刺绝大部分种子具有休眠现象。经过短期室温干贮藏后,顶羽菊和花花柴种子死亡率极高,分别为72%和88%左右。除糙苏种子萌发率明显降低10%外,铃铛刺、花花柴和顶羽菊种子经短期室温干贮藏后萌发率没有明显变化。基于本研究结果,在飞播中应慎用顶羽菊和花花柴种子,铃铛刺种子播种前需要擦破种皮处理。Understanding the response of wild plant seed germination to short-term room temperature dry storage can explain the seed emergence of native wild plants used in restoration and can also provide a scientific basis for seed germination strategies and their population renewal studies.This paper examines the germination temperature of mature fresh seeds,seed viability after short-term room temperature dry storage,and changes in dormancy and germination using four wild plants used for air-seeding as research material.The results showed that the highest germination percentages of mature fresh seeds of Rhaponticum repens,Phlomis umbrosa and Karelinia caspia at 25/15℃were about 27%,98%and 100%,respectively.There was no significant change in the germination percentage of Halimodendron halodendron seeds under the three temperature conditions,with a maximum germination percentage of about 46%.Most seeds were dormant of R.repens and H.halodendron.72%-88%of the seeds for R.repens and K.caspia lost their viability after short-term dry storage.No significant change in germination percentage after short-term dry storage was observed in H.halodendron,K.caspia and R.repens.Germination percentage decreased by10%after storage for P.umbrosa.Based on the results of this study,R.repens and K.caspia seeds should be used with caution in air sowing,and H.halodendron seeds need to be treated by rubbing the seed coat before sowing.
