摘 要:目的:为人工促进三亚退化山地植被的恢复提供树种选择依据。方法:通过土壤分析方法比较研究三亚退化山地7个乡土树种早期的土壤肥力状况。结果:造林树种区域的土壤含水率、土壤容重、土壤电导率均显著高于非造林地。7个乡土树种的土壤有机质(12.85~20.89 g·kg(-1))、全氮(0.10~0.15 g·kg(-1))、微生物生物量碳(176.94~429.36 mg·kg(-1))和氮含量(22.61~38.47 mg·kg(-1))均高于非造林地,反映造林树种可有效改良土壤肥力,但不同树种对土壤养分的吸收存在差异。海南菜豆树(Radermachera hainanensis)和五月茶(Antidesma bunius)土壤碱解氮含量显著高于其它树种,且微生物碳和氮含量均较高。PCA分析结果表明,土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和土壤微生物生物量氮为主要影响因子。海南菜豆树最有利于土壤肥力的改善,红花天料木(Homalium ceylanicum)次之,岭南山竹子(Garcinia oblongifolia)最小。结论:该研究结果可为华南退化山地、低效林和生态公益林改造的树种选择提供重要的参考依据。Object:To provide the basis of tree species selection for artifically promoting the restoration of degraded by plantation in Sanya,China.Method:Soil fertility analysis were used for comparing of the soil fertility of seven species of native tree planted in degraded mountains.Result:The soil of the planted trees had higher moisture content,soil bulk density and soil electrical conductivity than those of non-planted soil.Soil organic matter(12.85-20.89 g·kg(-1)),total N(0.10-0.15 g·kg(-1)),microbial biomass carbon(176.94-429.36 mg·kg(-1))and nitrogen content(22.61-38.47 mg·kg(-1))of seven native tree species were higher than of non-planted.It reflected that afforestation tree species could improve soil fertility,however,there were differences in the absorption of soil nutrients between different tree species.The contents of alkaline hydrolyzed nitrogen of Radermachera hainanensis and Antidesma bunius were significantly higher than those of other tree species,and had higher microbial carbon and nitrogen contents.Principal component analysis showed that soil organic matter,available P,available N and soil microbial biomass N were the main influencing factors.Radermachera hainanensis was good for soil improvement,followed by Homalium ceylanicum,and Garcinia oblongifoliawas the least.Conclusion:The results of this study can provide useful information on screening of suitable trees in degraded mountains area,low-efficiency and ecological public welfare forests in South China.
