摘　　要：沉香是被药典收录的传统名贵药材,含有倍半萜、色酮等化学成分,具有良好的镇静镇痛、抗菌、抗肿瘤和抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶等药理活性,因而被用于消化系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统和中枢神经系统相关疾病的治疗。本文归纳总结了沉香的化学成分及研究进展,简要介绍了沉香的药理作用、质量评价方法及临床应用的进展,为沉香的后续开发和产业规范提供科学合理的参考。Agarwood is a traditional and precious medicinal material included in the Pharmacopoeia.It contains sesquiterpenes,chromones and other chemical components,and has good pharmacological activities such as sedative,analgesic,antibacterial,anti-tumor and inhibition of acetylcholinesterase.So it is used to treat diseases related to digestive system,respiratory system,cardiovascular system and central nervous system.In this paper,the chemical constituents and research progress of agarwood are summarized,and the pharmacological effects,quality evaluation methods and clinical application progress of agarwood are briefly introduced,so as to provide scientific and reasonable reference for the subsequent development and industrial specification of agarwood.
