摘　　要：近年来受电动汽车及消费类电子产品发展影响,对镍的需求持续增长。文章主要介绍了国外某红土镍矿镍资源项目高压酸浸工艺流程,并对其主要设备预热器、高压釜、闪蒸槽和管道材料进行了介绍及总结。设计中结合了以往实际工程应用经验,对流程、材质等进行了更合理的优化,在保证项目顺利实施的同时,又有利于生产稳定运行,有效控制后续的运行成本,对今后同类项目具有借鉴意义。In recent years,affected by the development of electric vehicles and consumer electronic products,the demand for nickel has continued tog row.This paper mainly introduces high-pressure acid leaching process of a laterite nickel ore resource project abroad,and introduces and summarizes,its main equipments,such as the preheater,autoclave,flash tank and summarizes pipeline materials.The design combines the previous practical engineering application experience,and optimizes the process and material more reasonably.While ensuring the smooth implementation of the project,it is the also conducive to the stable operation of production and effective control of subseguent operating costs.It has reference for similar projects in the future.
