摘  要:我国优质铝土矿资源匮乏,每年需要向国外大量进口铝土矿资源。随着国内氧化铝厂技改的进程逐渐推进,更多企业参与到了进口铝土矿市场中。针对几内亚某地三水铝石型铝土矿的矿物特性,采用拜耳法溶出工艺对其进行了溶出试验研究。结果表明:该铝土矿在溶出温度为145℃、溶出时间60 min、石灰加入量1%、循环母液苛性碱浓度200 g/L的溶出条件下获得最佳溶出效果,氧化铝的相对溶出率达到87.61%。China is short of high-quality bauxite resources,so it is necessary to import a large number of bauxite resources from abroad every year.With the gradual advancement of technical transformation of domestic alumina plants,more enterprises have participated in the imported bauxite market.According to the mineral characteristics of gibbsite bauxite in Guinea,the Bayer digestion process was used to study the digestion test of gibbsite bauxite.The results show that the optimum dissolution effect of bauxite is obtained under the conditions of dissolution temperature of 145℃,dissolution time of 60 min,lime addition of 1%and caustic alkali concentration of circulating mother liquor of 200 g/L,and the relative dissolution rate of alumina reaches 87.61%.
