摘  要:高铍铍铝合金中铝量目前以差减法计算余量获得,流程长、效率低,难以适应技术开发要求。本法建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法直接测定高铍铍铝合金中铝量方法,简便快速,且具备准确度好、精密度高的优点,达到高铍铍铝合金中铝量的快速检测目的。At present,the aluminum content in beryllium aluminum alloy with high beryllium is obtained by calculating the residual by subtraction method,which has long process and low efficiency and is difficult to meet the requirements of technical development.This method has been established for the direct determination of aluminum content in beryllium aluminum alloy with high beryllium by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).It is simple and rapid,and has the advantages of good accuracy and high precision,so as to achieve the rapid detection of aluminum content in beryllium aluminum alloy with high beryllium.
