摘 要:鼓泡流化床是能源、化工及冶金等行业的重要设备,以鼓泡流化床为研究对象,运用计算流体力学离散单元模型(CFD-DEM)对不同床宽和床料量组合的流化床进行模拟,从瞬时、时均和脉动等不同角度研究了鼓泡床流动特性。模拟的研究结果能够清晰提供鼓泡床内乳化相和气泡相分布、颗粒体积分布、颗粒速度矢量分布和气体速度矢量分布等鼓泡床内气固运动细节特征。模拟结果表明:鼓泡床内普遍存在的气固两相流动结构特性,为开展相应的试验研究和工程应用提供了参考依据。Bubbling fluidized bed is an important equipment in the energy,chemical and metallurgical industries.Taking the bubbling fluidized bed as the research object,the computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method(CFD-DEM)model is used to simulate the fluidized bed with different bed widths and bed material combinations,and the flow characteristics of the bubbling bed are studied from different angles such as instantaneous,time average and pulsation. The simulation results can clearly provide the detailed characteristics of gas-solid motion in the bubbling bed,such as the distribution of emulsified phase and bubble phase,particle volume distribution,particle velocity vector distribution and gas velocity vector distribution. The research results of this paper reveal the structural characteristics of gas-solid two-phase flow in the bubbling bed,which provides a reference and basis for the corresponding experimental research and engineering application.
