摘  要:当前我国公路区域土质情况分布不均,路基工程占主导,路基底层砂土、粉沙土及黏性土承载力的测定是当下施工的关键。承载力数据测试不准确,一方面会造成施工工艺方法的改变,另一方面会造成整个工程的受力改变。如受力结构因承载力测试不准确就进行施工,在较大程度上将影响路基工程结构的承载能力、耐久性与使用年限。轻型触探仪垂直点的定位及锤击的有效性,直接影响承载力数据采集。为此,我单位依托郑州地铁河西车辆段工程,开展了相关研究,研发了“新型轻型触探仪”,能够准确进行地基承载力数据的采集。针对该工程中的土样属性分别对大型触探探头、轻型触探探头进行设计实验,通过对实验结果进行回归拟合分析,建立经验关系式,确定其比例系数,对测定地基承载力的轻型触探仪进行了技术上的改进,并做技术经济性分析。At present,the soil quality in China’s highway area is unevenly distributed,and the roadbed project dominates,and the determination of the bearing capacity of sand,silt sand and clay soil at the bottom of the roadbed is the key to the current construction. The inaccurate bearing capacity data test will cause changes in the construction process method on the one hand,and the force change of the entire project on the other hand. If the stressed structure is constructed due to inaccurate bearing capacity testing,it will greatly affect the bearing capacity,durability and service life of the subgrade engineering structure. How to ensure the positioning of vertical points and the effectiveness of hammering of light penetrator directly affects the effectiveness of bearing capacity data collection. To this end,relying on the Zhengzhou Metro Hexi Depot Project,our unit has carried out relevant research and developed a“new light contact probe”,which can accurately detect the collection of foundation bearing capacity data. According to the soil sample properties in the project,the design experiments of large penetration probe and light penetration probe were carried out,and the regression fitting analysis of the experimental results was carried out,the empirical relationship was established,the proportion coefficient was determined,and the light penetration probe for measuring the bearing capacity of the foundation was technically improved,and the technical economy analysis was made.
