摘  要:悬索桥主缆除湿是悬索桥主缆在设计过程中的重要环节,其直接影响主缆的服役寿命。介绍了悬索桥主缆常用的腐蚀监测方法及一种腐蚀监测方法在悬索桥主缆中的应用。为评估主缆内部腐蚀情况,在主缆关键点安置腐蚀监测,测量关键点的腐蚀情况,将腐蚀传感器通信采集箱和除湿系统通信箱融合到一起,在主缆进排气夹内安装腐蚀探针,监测主缆在除湿情况下的腐蚀速率情况。Dehumidification of the main cable of suspension bridge is an important link in the design process of the main cable of suspension bridge,which directly affects the service life of the main cable in work. The common corrosion monitoring method and the application of corrosion monitoring in suspension cable bridge are introduced. In order to evaluate the internal corrosion situation of the main cable,the corrosion monitoring is placed at the key points of the main cable,measure the corrosion situation of the key points,fuse the corrosion sensor communication acquisition box and the dehumidification system communication box together,and the corrosion probe is installed in the inlet and exhaust clip of the main cable to monitor the corrosion rate of the main cable under the dehumidification condition.
