摘  要:在电缆防盗电子井盖远程控制过程中,由于当前控制系统通信性能较差,通信时间过长,影响了防盗效果。为提升电缆安全性,设计基于NB-IoT技术的电缆防盗电子井盖远程控制系统。在当前系统硬件框架基础上,增设NB-IoT模块,对中央控制器以及电源电路进行优化。在系统软件模块中,增加电子井盖远程控制信号发射模块。根据远程控制信号特征,使用PID控制器构建电子井盖远程控制信号执行模块。将系统硬件与软件优化结果有序引入当前系统中,完成了基于NB-IoT技术的电缆防盗电子井盖远程控制系统设计,构建系统测试环节。测试结果表明:此系统具有可应用性,且无线通信性能得到大幅度提升。使用此系统后可减少通信时间,保证控制指令时效性。In the process of remote control of cable anti-theft electronic manhole cover, due to the poor communication performance of the current control system,the communication time is long,which provides an opportunity for criminals. In order to improve the safety of cables,a cable anti-theft electronic well cover remote control system based on NB-IoT technology is designed. On the basis of the current system hardware framework,NB-IoT module is added to optimize the central controller and power circuit. In the system software module,the electronic well cover remote control signal transmission module is added. According to the characteristics of the remote control signal,the PID controller is used to construct the remote control signal execution module of the electronic manhole cover. The optimization results of the system hardware and software are introduced into the current system orderly. So far,the design of the cable anti-theft electronic manhole cover remote control system based on NB-IoT technology has been completed. The test results show that the system is applicable and the wireless communication performance has been greatly improved. This system can reduce the communication time and ensure the timeliness of control instructions.
