摘　　要：本文针对逆向上光工艺及其涉及的相关材料在联机凹版印刷中的创新应用开展分析与研究,通过对逆向上光底油与逆向上光面油理化性能、逆向上光凹版雕刻参数、逆向上光印刷过程控制参数等进行分析与匹配,并对逆向上光工艺在凹版印刷中的应用实例进行介绍。该逆向上光工艺及材料的研究与应用具有技术创造性新颖、印刷速度快、批量稳定性强等特点,可为印刷企业实现凹版逆向上光的大批量生产提供技术支撑。This paper analyzes and studies the innovative application of reversed coating process and related materials in rotogravure printing,analyzes and matches the physical and chemical properties of reversed coating base oil and reversed coating surface oil,reversed coating intaglio engraving parameters,reversed coating printing process control parameters,and introduces the application of reversed coating process in gravure printing.The research and application of the reversed coating process and materials have the characteristics of innovative technology,fast printing speed,strong batch stability,etc.,which can provide technical support for printing enterprises to achieve mass production of reversed coating by gravure printing.
