蒸镀AlO_(x)对PET薄膜性能影响的分析

摘  要:本文通过真空蒸镀在PET薄膜表面沉积AlO_(x)镀层,并对PET/AlO_(x)薄膜的阻隔性能和光学性能进行分析。通过改变镀膜工艺,发现随着氧气流量的增大与真空度的下降,PET/AlO_(x)薄膜的阻隔性能变差,光学性能改善。对比了蒸镀AlO_(x)前后PET膜的性能变化,蒸镀AlO_(x)后薄膜的阻隔性能提高,拉伸性能和热力学性能不变,光学性能变差,热收缩率下降。In this paper,the AlO_(x) coating is deposited on the surface of the PET film by vacuum evaporation,and the barrier properties and optical properties of the PET/AlO_(x) film are analyzed.By changing the coating process,it was found that with the increase of oxygen flow and the decrease of vacuum,the barrier performance of PET/AlO_(x) films deteriorated and the optical properties improved.The performance changes of PET films before and after evaporation of AlO_(x) are compared,and the barrier properties of the films after evaporation AlO_(x) are improved,the tensile properties and thermodynamic properties are unchanged,the optical properties are poor,and the heat shrinkage rate decreases.
