结肠造口术在重度慢性顽固性便秘外科治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠造口术在重度慢性顽固性便秘外科治疗中的应用效果。方法:将本院收治的90例重度慢性顽固性便秘患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各45例。观察组采用结肠造口术治疗,对照组采用莫沙必利口服治疗。观察比较2组临床效果、便秘Wexner评分及生活质量评分。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P <0.05),Wexner便秘评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05),生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:应用结肠造口术治疗重度慢性顽固性便秘,能提高临床效果,有效改善患者便秘情况,显著提高患者生活质量,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To investigate the application efficacy of colostomy in surgically treating severe chronic obstipation(SCO).Methods Randomly divided 90 SCO patients treated in author’s hospital into observation group(45 cases,received colostomy) and control group(45 cases orally administered mosapride);then observed and compared clincial efficacy.Wexner ratings on constipation,and the ratings on quality of life.Results In total effective rate,in Wexner ratings on constipation,and in the ratings on quality of life,observation group was respectively and significantly higher,lower,and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Conclusion Colostomy for SCO can enhance clinical efficacy, effectively improve constipation symptoms,and significantly uplift patients’ quality of life,thus has higher application value.
