适度扩肛联合吲哚美辛栓纳肛治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后创面疼痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察适度扩肛联合吲哚美辛栓纳肛治疗混合痔外剥内扎术后7d以上患者疼痛的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2021年11月我院收治的86例混合痔外剥内扎术后7d以上创面疼痛明显,疼痛评分在4~10分的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组患者采用吲哚美辛栓纳肛治疗,观察组患者采用适度扩肛联合吲哚美辛栓纳肛治疗,比较2组患者治疗第2天排便时肛门疼痛评分及疼痛持续时间。结果:观察组患者治疗后排便时肛门疼痛评分低于对照组(P <0.05),排便后肛门疼痛持续时间短于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:适度扩肛联合吲哚美辛栓纳肛对缓解混合痔外剥内扎术后7d以上患者创面疼痛效果良好,该法操作简便,患者痛苦小,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the efficacy of anal moderate dilatation combiend with rectal administration of indomethacin in the treatment of wound-surface pain more than 7 days after external dissection& internal ligature for mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Enrolled 86 cases met above conditions treated in author’s hospital whose wound-surface pain intesity were significant more than 7 days after surgery,the score ratings on pain were at 4-10 pints,and randomly divided them into control group(43 cases,received rectal administration of indomethacin) and observation group(43 cases,based on control group,added with anal moderate dilatation);then,compared both groups’ patients’ ratings on anal pain on the 2 nd day after treatment and the time of pain lasting.Results In the ratings,and in the lasting time observation group was lower and shorter than control group(all,P <0.05).Conclusion For the mixed hemorrhoids patients more than 7 days after surgery anal moderate dilatution plus rectal administration of indomethacin has better efficacy on wound-surface pain,and is easily and simply operated,patients’ sufferings are less,thus is worth to be popularized to be used clinically.
