外剥内扎硬化剂注射术治疗环状嵌顿痔42例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨外剥内扎硬化剂注射术治疗环状嵌顿痔的效果。方法:将84例环状嵌顿痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各42例。观察组采用外剥内扎硬化剂注射术治疗,对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组治疗效果及并发症情况。结果:治疗后,2组症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后切口愈合时间短于对照组(P <0.05),术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:外剥内扎硬化剂注射术治疗环状嵌顿痔疗效显著,能缩短术后切口愈合时间,减少并发症的发生,改善术后生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of external dissection & internal ligature combined with sclerosing injection for treating circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoids(CIH).Methods Randomly divided 84 CIH patients treated in author’s hospital into observation group(42 cases,adopted above external dissection & internal ligature combined with sclerosing injection) and control group(42 cases,only routine external dissection & internal ligature);then,compared effect and complication status between the two groups.Results After treatment the score ratings on wsymptoms of both groups had no statistical difference(P>0.05);but,in incision’s healing time,in complication incidence,and in the patients’ quality of life,observation group was respectively shorter,lower,and higher than control group(all,P <0.05).Conclusion The combined procedure used in observation group has significant effect on CIH,can shorten incision’s healing time,reduce complication,and improve patients ’ quality of life, is worthy to be popularized to use clinically.
