铜离子电化学疗法联合外痔切除缝合治疗青年混合痔50例  

Electro-chemical Therapy by Copper Ion Combined with Resection &Suture for External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Juvenile Mixed Hemorrhoids of 50 Cases

摘　　要：目的:探讨铜离子电化学疗法联合外痔切除缝合治疗青年混合痔的效果。方法:将100例青年混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。观察组实施铜离子电化学疗法联合外痔切除缝合术,对照组实施传统外剥内扎术。比较2组患者总有效率、创面渗出物消失时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间及疼痛评分等指标。结果:观察组总有效率为98.0%,高于对照组的84.0%(P <0.05),且观察组创面渗出物消失时间、创面愈合时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P <0.05),疼痛、肛周瘙痒和肛缘水肿评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),舒适度及生活质量评分高于对照组(P <0.05),入睡潜伏期短于对照组(P<0.05),实际睡眠时间长于对照组(P <0.05),睡眠质量指数评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:相比于传统外剥内扎术,铜离子电化学疗法联合外痔切除缝合术可提高青年混合痔患者的疗效,减轻肛周瘙痒、疼痛、水肿等症状,有利于提高患者躯体舒适度,改善其睡眠状况和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of electro-chemical therapy by copper ion(ECTCI) combined with resection & suture for external hemorrhoids in the treatment of juvenile mixed hemorrhoids.Methods Randomly divded 100 juvenile mixed hemorrhoids patients treated in author’s hospital into observation group(50 cases,received ECTCI plus resection & suture for external hemorrhoids) and control group(50 cases,external dissection & internal ligature);then,compared total effective rate;the time for wound-surface exudate disappeared,for wound-surface healing,and for hospitalization;and the score ratings on pain intensity beween the two groups.Results In total effective rate;in the time for exudate from wound-surface disapperaed,for wound-surface healing,and for hospitalization;in the score ratings on pain,perianal itching,and ano-edge edema;in the score ratings on comfort extent and quality of life;in the incubation to fall asleep;in the actual sleep time;and,in sleep quality index,observation group was respectively higher(98.0 % vs 84.0 %),shorter,lower,higher,shorter,longer,and lower than control group(all,P <0.05).Conclusion Compared to external dissection & internal ligature, the procedure used in observation group can enhance effect of juvenile mixed hemorrhoids, reduce such symptoms as perianal itching,pain,and edema, etc,and is beneficial to uplift patients’ comfort degree of body,and to improve their sleep situation and quality of life.
