痔上黏膜纵向切除缝合加消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔60例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察痔上黏膜纵向切除缝合加消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔的疗效。方法:将120例混合痔患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组行痔上黏膜纵向切除缝合加消痔灵注射术治疗,对照组行传统外剥内扎术治疗,比较2组疗效及并发症情况。结果:观察组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的98.3%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组术后并发症发生率为16.7%,低于对照组的50.0%(P <0.05)。结论:痔上黏膜纵向切除缝合加消痔灵注射术治疗混合痔可以有效解除痔的症状,保护肛垫的生理功能,减少并发症的发生。Objective To observe the effect of mixed hemorrhoids treated with longitudinally resection &suture for prolapsed hemorrhoids combined with Xiaozhiling injection.Methods Randomly divided 120 mixed hemorrhoids patients treated in authors" hospital into observation group(60 cases,received above combined therapy) and control group(60 cases,routinely external dissection & internal ligature);then,compared effect and complication status between the two groups.Results In total effective rate there was no statistical difference(100% vs 98.3%,P>0.05).In the incidence of postoperative complication observation group was significantly lower than control group(16.7% vs 50.0%,P <0.05).Conclusion The procedure used in observation group for mixed hemorrhoids can effectively remore the symptoms of hemorrhoids,protect the physical function of anal cushion,and reduce complication.
