针刺联合中药汤剂治疗绝经综合征的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析针刺与中药汤剂联合治疗绝经综合征(MPS)的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月至12月在承德医学院附属医院中医科就诊的98例MPS患者,以随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组各49例。治疗组采用针刺联合中药汤剂治疗,对照组采用替勃龙片口服治疗。比较两组患者的临床总有效率、治疗前后的性激素水平、中医症状积分及改良Kupperman评分。结果治疗组的总有效率为85.7%(42/49),高于对照组的63.3%(31/49),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的中医症状积分(对照组头晕目眩、皮肤感觉异常除外)、改良Kupperman评分、促卵泡激素与黄体生成素低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的雌二醇与孕酮高于治疗前,且治疗组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺与中药汤剂联合治疗能够改善MPS患者的临床症状及性激素水平。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction treating menopausal syndrome(MPS).Methods A total of 98 MPS patients admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical University from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction,while the control group was treated with oral Tibolone Tablets.The total clinical effective rate of patients,the levels of sex hormone,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and modified Kupperman score before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7%(42/49),which was higher than 63.3%(31/49)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score(except dizziness and skin paresthesia in the control group),modified Kupperman score,follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of estradiol and progesterone in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction can improve clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels of MPS patients.
