摘　　要：喂养不耐受(FI)是指新生儿喂养后肠内出现奶汁消化障碍,导致腹胀、呕吐、胃潴留等情况。早产儿由于胃肠道功能不成熟,较足月儿更易发生FI。FI有严重的危害性,不仅影响早产儿短期和长期预后,还会消耗大量医疗资源,增加家庭和社会经济负担。按摩作为一种简单易行、安全有效的干预措施,广泛应用于新生儿FI的防治。本文对文献进行归纳总结,探讨按摩改善早产儿胃肠道耐受性的效果,进而为按摩用于临床提供理论依据。Feeding intolerance(FI)refers to digestive disorder of milk in the intestine of newborns after feeding,leading to abdominal distension,vomiting,gastric retention and other conditions.Premature infants are more prone to FI than full-term infants due to immature gastrointestinal function.FI may badly influence neonate’s health,it not only affects the short-term and long-term outcome of preterm infants,but also results in consumption of medical resources and increases the economic burden of families and society.As a simple,safe and effective intervention,massage is widely used in the prevention and treatment of neonatal FI.This paper summarizes the literature,discusses the effect of massage on improving gastrointestinal tolerance in premature infants,and provides theoretical basis for the clinical application of massage.
