摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌应用钼靶X线与彩色多普勒超声的诊断价值。方法选取2019年1月至2022年1月河南省中医院收治的98例疑似乳腺癌患者,行钼靶X线和彩超检查。对比不同检查方法与病理诊断结果,分析不同检查方法对不同大小肿块及乳腺癌的诊断价值。结果98例疑似乳腺癌患者经穿刺病理检查,乳腺癌确诊73例。对于直径<1.0 cm的肿块,联合检查的准确率高于单项检查(P<0.05);对于直径1.0~1.5 cm、>1.5 cm的肿块,不同检查方式的准确率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合检查对于乳腺癌诊断的敏感度、特异度、准确度均高于单项检查(P<0.05)。结论钼靶X线与彩色多普勒超声联合检查在乳腺癌中的诊断价值高于单项检查,可为临床治疗乳腺癌提供参考。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound in breast cancer.Methods A total of 98 patients with suspected breast cancer admitted to Henan Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected for molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound.The results of different examination methods and pathological diagnosis were compared.The diagnostic value of different examination methods for different sizes of tumors and breast cancer was analyzed.Results Among 98 patients with suspected breast cancer,a total of 73 patients were diagnosed with breast cancer by puncture pathology.For the masses with diameter<1.0 cm,the accuracy of combined examination was higher than that of single detection(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the accuracy of different examination methods for the masses with diameter of 1.0-1.5 cm and>1.5 cm(P>0.05).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of combined examination in diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of molybdenum target X-ray combined with color Doppler ultrasound is higher than that of single detection,which can provide reference for clinical treatment of breast cancer.
