维生素AD滴剂在小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察维生素AD滴剂应用于维生素D缺乏性佝偻病小儿治疗中的效果。方法选择2020年7月至2022年2月平邑县人民医院诊治的70例维生素D缺乏性佝偻病小儿进行分析,用随机数字表法对患儿进行分组,每组各35例。参考组接受鱼肝油治疗,研讨组接受维生素AD滴剂治疗,比较两组治疗效果、体格指标、生化指标。结果研讨组总有效率高于参考组(P<0.05);研讨组治疗后的体格指标、25-羟基维生素D3、血钙指标值均高于参考组,而骨碱性磷酸酶指标值低于参考组(P<0.05)。结论小儿维生素D缺乏性佝偻病治疗中应用维生素AD滴剂能取得良好的治疗效果,改善患儿病情,值得参考。Objective To observe the effect of Vitamin AD Drops in the treatment of children with vitamin D deficiency rickets.Methods A total of 70 children with vitamin D deficiency rickets diagnosed and treated in People’s Hospital of Pingyi County from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected for analysis,and the children were divided into groups by random number table method,with 35 cases in each groups.The reference group was treated with Cod Liver Oil,and the research group was treated with Vitamin AD Drops.The therapeutic effects,physical indicators and biochemical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The physical indicators,25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and blood calcium index values of the research group after treatment were higher than those of the reference group,while the bone alkaline phosphatase index value was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Vitamin AD Drops in the treatm ent of children with vitam in D deficiency rickets can achieve good therapeutic effect and im prove the condition of children,which is worthy of reference.
