摘 要:采用不同剂量(0、25、50、75和100 mg)火炬树根水提取物和醇提取物对小白菜种子萌发、幼苗生长及其生理指标的影响,并根据鉴定出的火炬树根中4种化合物(没食子酸、焦性没食子酸、苯甲酸和糠醛)作对比,探讨其化感作用机理。结果表明:火炬树根醇提物对小白菜种子发芽率、萌发速度的抑制作用更显著,水提物对小白菜根的伸长抑制更显著。可溶性蛋白(SP)质量分数随两种提取物剂量的增加而降低,但醇提取物降幅更大;丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度随两种提取物剂量的升高均先升高后降低,但水提物造成的脂过氧化程度更高;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性随提取物的增加先升高后降低,醇提物对两种酶活性的促进程度更大。通过4种化合物纯品对小白菜发芽的比较试验发现,没食子酸和焦性没食子酸与水提物的作用相似,糠醛和苯甲酸则与醇提物作用相似。Aqueous extracts and methanol extracts at different doses(25,50,75 and 100 mg)of Rhustyphina root were used to examine the seed germination and seedling growth of Brassica campestris in our experiment,and four known compounds(gallic acid,pyrogallic acid,benzene Formic acid and furfural)as a comparison to explore mechanism of its allelopathy.A stronger inhibitory effect on germination index and speed was carried by methanol extracts while a stronger inhibitory effect carried by aqueous extract on elongation of cabbage roots.The seedlings of Chinese cabbage showed different degrees of physiological response:the contents of soluble protein(sp)decreased with extracts doses increased,but methanol extract decreased more.The contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased firstly and then decreased under the treatment,but aqueous extracts caused a higher degree of lipid peroxidation.The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and peroxidase(POD)firstly increased and then decreased with two extracts doses increased.Activities of two enzymes were promoted by methanol extract compared with aqueous extracts.Among four compounds,gallicacid and pyrogallic acid were more similar to aqueous extract of effects on Chinese cabbage,while furfural and benzoic acid were similar to methanol extract of effects on Chinese cabbage.
