摘　　要：目的了解社区≥35岁居民的诊室血压控制情况,为开展社区自动诊室血压测量提供建议。方法对上海市黄浦区10家社区卫生服务中心的2975名就诊居民进行调查,分析诊室血压控制情况及其影响因素。结果黄浦区居民社区诊室血压达标率为78.25%。不同年龄、文化程度,以及是否在职、自报高血压患者、自报糖尿病患者、测压前休息、测压静息行为人群的血压达标率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高年龄、高血压知晓、糖尿病知晓、测压前休息、测压静息行为是诊室血压达标的保护因素。结论针对诊室血压的影响因素,应加强规范测压行为的宣传,尤其是提升中青年人群的知信行水平。Objective To investigate the situation of clinical blood pressure control among community residents aged 35 years old and above in Huangpu District,and to provide suggestions for automatic clinical blood pressure measurement.Methods A total of 2975 residents from 10 community health care centers in Huangpu District were analyzed for the situation of clinical blood pressure control and associated factors.Results The rate of clinical blood pressure control in Huangpu District was 78.25%.There were statistically differences in the rate of clinical blood pressure control among different age groups,different education levels,working,self-reported hypertension patients,self-reported diabetes patients,resting before measurement and resting when measurement(P<0.05).High age group,awareness of hypertension,awareness of diabetes,resting before measurement and resting when measurement were the protective factors of clinical blood pressure control.Conclusion In view of the influencing factors of clinical blood pressure,the publicity of standardizing the behavior of pressure measurement should strengthened especially to improve the knowledge,attitude and practice among young and middle-aged people.
