摘 要:目的了解贵州省居民营养健康知识水平,分析存在的营养健康知识短板,探讨影响因素并为制定营养干预政策提供科学依据。方法采用分层多阶段、概率比例规模抽样、整群抽样相结合的方法抽取样本。选取贵州省8个地区作为监测点,规定各监测点调查数不少于330人,共抽取2710人。通过入户调查的方式进行问卷调查。结果调查对象的健康知识知晓人数为149人,知晓率5.5%。不同地区、年龄段、学历、职业居民的营养健康知识得分和知晓率均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);不同健康状况人群的知晓率存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。题目类型方面,居民对膳食指南类题目的掌握水平最低。结论贵州省居民尤其是年龄段偏大且文化程度较低居民的营养健康知识水平较低,因此,需有针对性、多渠道地加强重点人群的营养知识宣教。Objective To understand the nutritional health knowledge level of residents in Guizhou Province,analyze the shortcomings of nutritional and health knowledge of residents,explore the influencing factors,and provide scientific basis for the formulation of nutritional intervention policies.Methods Stratified multi-stage,probabilistic scale sampling and cluster sampling were used to extract samples.Eight regions in Guizhou Province were selected as monitoring sites,and no less than 330 people were required to be investigated at each site,finally,a total of 2710 people were selected.Results A total of 149 people knew health knowledge,and the awareness rate was 5.5%.There were significant differences in the scores and awareness rates of nutrition health knowledge among residents with different regions,age,educational backgrounds and occupations(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in awareness rate among different health status groups(P<0.05).In terms of topic types,residents’grasp of dietary guidelines was the least ideal.Conclusion The level of nutrition health knowledge of residents in Guizhou Province,especially the older and lower educated residents,is low.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the nutrition knowledge education of key populations in a targeted and multi-channel way.
