摘　　要：目的了解北京市通州区老年人跌倒伤害病例的分布情况,为制定防控措施提供依据。方法利用通州区医院伤害监测系统2016—2020年的监测报告数据,以首诊老年(≥60岁)伤害病例为研究对象,描述老年人跌倒伤害的发生情况。结果通州区2016—2020年老年跌倒伤害有24746例,以60~64岁者最多;随着年龄增长跌倒病例数降低;女性跌倒比例高于男性。家中是老年发生跌倒的主要场所(67.3%),老年人在家务活动时发生跌倒的比例最高(37.9%)。相比下肢和躯干,跌倒后上肢骨折发生率更高。结论高龄老年女性较男性跌倒的风险更大;随着年龄增长中度伤害比例升高。家庭是预防老年人跌倒的重点场所。应加强老年人防跌倒知识宣传和家居环境改善,预防高龄老年人跌倒的发生。Objective To understand the distribution of fall injury cases among elderly people in Tongzhou District,Beijing,and to provide the scientific basis for formulating corresponding prevention and control measures.Methods Based on the data of Tongzhou District Hospital injury monitoring system from 2016 to 2020,the first diagnosed elderly injury cases(≥60 years old)were taken as the research object to describe the occurrence of fall injury.Results A total of 24746 elderly fall injury cases were collected in Tongzhou District from 2016 to 2020,and the number of fall cases was the largest among those aged 60-64.The numbers of fall cases decreased with age,and the proportion of female was higher than that of male.Falls in the elderly mainly occur at home(67.3%).The elderly had the highest proportion of falling in housework(37.9%).In terms of position of injury,compared with lower extremities and the trunk,a higher incidence of upper limb fractures.Conclusion Elderly women have a higher risk of fall than men.Moderate injury increases with the increase of age.The home is the key place to prevent the elderly from falling,so it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of the knowledge of preventing the elderly from falling and the improvement of the home environment,and take corresponding protective measures,especially to strengthen the intervention of preventing the elderly from falling.
