摘　　要：社会众筹式科研慈善是近年来备受各界关注的一个问题。本文以英国癌症研究中心为研究对象,系统分析了该机构以社会众筹模式支撑的科研慈善的运行情况,重点讨论了众筹机制中的物力资源众筹和人力资源众筹,内部治理机制中的主体身份、组织架构和科研管理,外部监督机制中的行政监督和社会监督。在此基础上,从适宜社会众筹式科研慈善开展的领域、稳定的组织架构和运行机制、规范化科研管理等五个方面总结了对我国推进相关工作的启示。There is growing interest across countries in science philanthropy based on crowdfunding in recent years.Taking Cancer Research UK as the research object,this paper analyzes the organization’s science philanthropy based on crowdfunding,focusing on the crowdfunding of material resources and human resources;statutory status,organizational structure,and R&D management in internal governance mechanism;administrative supervision and social supervision in external supervision mechanism.On this basis,this paper summarizes the insights to promote relevant work in China from five aspects:the domains suitable for science philanthropy based on crowdfunding,the stable organizational structure and operation mechanism,the standardized scientific research management,etc.
