摘　　要：文章运用马克思主义政治经济学的基本理论,分析了数字经济的特殊性和一般性,并结合近二十年来我国数字化进程中不同行业的资本收益率演变趋势,在三部门框架下讨论了资本收益率均等化和差异化条件下的收入分配问题,论证了资本收益率和工资在数字化的不同阶段发挥不同的作用,提出数字鸿沟现象归根结底是资本收益率的非均等化问题,从而指明了数字经济下实现收入均等化的着力点和治理导向。This thesis analyzes the particularity and general nature of the digital economy with the Marxist political economy theory. Combined with the evolution trend of capital return in different industries,it discusses the income distribution in three sector frameworks under the equal and unequal capital return. It proves that capital return and wages play different roles in different stages of digitization,and finds the digital gap is the non equalization of capital return. It points out the focus and governance orientation of promoting income equalization under digital economy.
