摘  要:针对传统电梯制动器的制动力性能检测方法存在操作烦琐、精度不高且易受环境影响的问题,本文对电梯鼓式制动器的工作原理进行了分析并建立电梯制动器的运动学模型,然后在此基础上提出了一种基于样本熵的制动性能检测方法。该方法首先通过采集电梯运行过程中制动器振动的加速度信号,计算样本熵来表征制动器的工况,实现不同制动力矩情况下的信号特征提取,建立了制动性能与振动状态之间的联系。最后通过对实测数据的案例研究,证明这种方法可以实现电梯制动器的制动性能正常状态与故障状态的检测,验证了该方法的可行性。Aiming at the problems of cumbersome operation,low accuracy and easy to be affected by the environment in the traditional braking performance detection method of elevator brake,this paper analyzes the working principle of elevator drum brake and establishes the kinematic model of elevator brake.Then,on this basis,a braking performance detection method based on sample entropy is proposed.Firstly,the acceleration signal of brake vibration in the process of elevator operation is collected,the sample entropy is calculated to characterize the working condition of the brake,realize the signal feature extraction under different braking torque,and establish the relationship between braking performance and vibration state.Finally,through the case study of the measured data,this method can detect the normal braking performance and fault state of the elevator brake,and verify the feasibility of this method.
