摘  要:大壁厚耐热钢采用窄间隙自动氩弧焊,常规超声检测中采用单面单侧一次波、3种角度的检测工艺存在漏检情况。依据NB/T 47013.15—2021标准采用分区扫查覆盖,通过仪器的多项扫描功能对一次波和二次波分别设置扫描顺序,对常规超声检出的缺陷采用相控阵验证。结果表明,相控阵检测工艺效果良好,为焊缝返修提供有效的数据和合理方案。Narrow gap automatic argon arc welding is used for heat-resistant steel with large wall thickness.Conventional ultrasonic testing adopts single-side, single-wave and three-angle testing process, which has the problem of missing detection. According to NB/T 47013.15:2021 standard, the scanning sequence of primary wave and secondary wave was set by the multi-scan function of the instrument, and the defects detected by conventional ultrasound were verified by phased array. The results show that the phased array testing technology has good effect and provides effective data and reasonable scheme for weld repairing.
