摘  要:高原条件严重影响锅炉运行的经济性与安全性,有必要对高原燃气锅炉开展能效测试,进一步认识并解决问题。本文基于青海省WNS型燃气热水锅炉的能效测试数据,进一步分析高原条件对燃气锅炉排烟温度、热效率、炉膛尺寸和燃烧器选型的影响。结果表明:相比平原地区,高原地区燃气锅炉的排烟温度升高,热效率降低,设计容积热负荷取值应更小。另外,现有高原燃气锅炉燃烧器选型基本按照气压下降的比例而相应放大,但现场测试仍发现部分燃烧器与炉膛尺寸匹配不当造成火焰冲刷回燃室后管板,导致锅炉不能满负荷运行。The Plateau conditions seriously affect the operation economy and safety of gas-fired boiler. It is necessary to carry out energy efficiency tests on plateau gas boilers to further discover and solve problems. Based on energy efficiency test data of WNS gas-fired boilers in Qinghai Province, this paper further analyzes the influence of plateau conditions on exhaust gas temperature, thermal efficiency, furnace size and burner selection of gas-fired boilers. The results show that compared with the plain area, the exhaust gas temperature of the plateau gas-fired boiler increases, the thermal efficiency decreases and the design volume heat load value should be smaller. In addition, the selection of existing plateau burners is basically enlarged according to the proportion of air pressure drop. However, the test results show that the improper matching of some enlarged burners with furnace chamber size will cause the flame to wash back to the rear tube sheet of combustion chamber, which will cause the boiler to operate at low capacity.
