摘　　要：本文以有机房电梯的安装监督检验为例,详细介绍一种基于检验工位的检验工艺流程。该工艺流程突破了检规中的检验顺序,将检验过程分为资料审核、底层—顶层、顶层—机房、机房、机房—顶层、轿顶、井道、底坑、试验等九大检验工序,每个工序又分为若干检验工位。检验人员按照检验工位的先后顺序可完成检验。该工艺流程覆盖所有检验项目,为检验人员规范检验过程、提高检验质量提供了参考。Taking the supervision and inspection of elevator installation with machine room as an example,this paper introduces an inspection process based on inspection station in detail. The process breaks through the inspection sequence in the inspection rules. The inspection process is divided into nine inspection processes: data review, bottom floor to top floor, top floor to machine room, machine room, machine room to top floor, car roof, lift channel, pit and test. Each process is divided into several inspection stations. The inspector can complete the inspection according to the sequence of inspection stations. The process covers all inspection items, which provides a reference for inspectors to standardize the inspection process and improve the inspection quality.
