摘　　要：本文针对定期检验中发现的一起储气罐进出气口私自改造案例,从压力容器开孔、焊接质量、安全阀泄放量3个方面进行了深入研究分析,详细阐述了存在的安全隐患,提出了针对性解决措施,为压力容器检验人员和改造过程相关单位提供一定的参考。It is found that the inlet and the outlet of the air vessels are often reconstructed without permission during the periodic inspection of air vessels. In this paper, opening of pressure vessels, welding quality, discharge volume of safety valve are studied and analysed deeply. This paper expounds the hidden danger and puts forward the corresponding measures to solve it to provide certain reference for inspectors of pressure vessels and relevant units of the reconstruction process.
