胶原蛋白敷帖对中度寻常痤疮严重程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:对中度寻常痤疮患者采用胶原蛋白敷贴治疗的效果进行探究。方法:选择本院2019年1月至2020年7月收治的中度寻常痤疮患者112例纳入研究,按照患者就诊日期单双号将其划分为甲组和乙组,每组各有56例。甲组接受异维A酸胶囊治疗,乙组在此基础上接受胶原蛋白敷贴治疗。对比两组的治疗效果、皮损程度等。结果:乙组的总有效率明显高于甲组,数据检验(P<0.05);治疗前,两组的皮损积分相比无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,乙组的皮损积分明显低于甲组,数据检验(P<0.05);乙组的不良反应发生率明显低于甲组,数据检验(P<0.05)。结论:在中度寻常痤疮患者的临床治疗中,采用胶原蛋白敷帖治疗具有非常显著的效果,可以有效地减少患者的皮损程度,而且不良反应少,在安全性方面比较可靠。Objective:To explore the effect of isotretinoin capsules on patients with moderate acne vulgaris.Methods:A total of 112 patients with moderate acne vulgaris admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected for the study.They were divided into group A and group B according to the odd and even numbers of the patient's date of visit,with 56 cases in each group.Group A received isotretinoin capsule treatment,and group B received collagen application treatment on this basis.Compare the treatment effects and the degree of skin lesions between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A,data test(P<0.05);before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups'skin lesion scores(P>0.05),after treatment,the skin lesion score of group B Significantly lower than group A,data inspection(P<0.05);group B has a significantly lower incidence of adverse reactions than group A,data inspection(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with moderate acne vulgaris,the use of collagen application therapy has a very significant effect,which can effectively reduce the degree of skin lesions in patients,and has fewer adverse reactions,and is relatively reliable in terms of safety.
