摘 要:飞机风挡与座舱盖属于大尺寸薄壁制件,材料多选用聚碳酸酯。为了改善大型塑料件的翘曲变形,首先在MoldFlow中按照预设的工艺参数,对飞机前风挡的充填与注射压缩过程分别进行初始分析;然后基于MPI(MoldFlow plastics insight, MoldFlow中决定产品几何造型及成型条件最佳化的进阶模流分析模块)二次开发技术,编写VB脚本进行后处理,将分析结果中制件翘曲量的体积平均值、最大值、最小值及其分布位置作为输出,提出了翘曲的量化方法;最后基于6因素5水平正交表设计了正交试验的方案,并根据正交试验方案,以减小体积收缩率与翘曲变形量为目标,找到一组最佳的工艺参数,包括网格尺寸、模具表面温度、保压压力、压缩时机、压缩力、压缩速度。结果显示:基于MPI二次开发的辅助评价系统,可以在满足注射压缩成型工艺要求的情况下,有效评估各工艺参数对翘曲结果的影响,为制件成型提供参考。Aircraft transparent part is large size and thin-walled, the material is mostly polycarbonate.In order to improve the warping deformation of aircraft transparent part, according to the preset technological parameters, the initial analysis of the filling and injection compression process of the aircraft transparent part were carried out respectively in the MoldFlow.Some VB scripts of quantization of warpage was developed based on the MPI secondary development technology, which can extract warp datas in the study, and the data was obtained as aided evaluation system’s output.Finally, the scheme of orthogonal test is designed based on 6 factors and 5 levels, and reduction of volume shrinkage and warpage were targeted to find a group of optimal process parameters according to the orthogonal experimental design scheme, including mesh density, mold surface temperature, dwell pressure, compression start time, compression force, and compression speed.The results indicated that the aided evaluation system based on MPI secondary development technology could effectively evaluate the influence of various process parameters on the warping results in case of meeting the injection compression moulding requirement, which can provide reference for the forming of parts.
