摘 要:针对安装环境因素对安装后GIS闪络放电的影响研究中涉及的抽真空过程颗粒运动仿真和微米级颗粒对电场畸变影响这2个关键问题,基于500 kV GIS实际设备,建立了GIS的3D max模型。利用有限元计算流体功能计算一个大气压抽真空至133 Pa时,颗粒运动模型获得残留GIS残留颗粒数量;并由残留颗粒大小与数量,利用有限元电场计算功能,计算小于10μm的颗粒对GIS盆式绝缘子表面电场影响。结果表明:在抽真空过程中,5μm及以下的颗粒容易被抽出;微金属颗粒的位置、形状和大小对绝缘子沿面电场强度都有影响,当颗粒小于2.5μm时,不会导致闪络放电。结合福州大气颗粒物情况,在仅考虑安装环境的情况下,在天气晴好的时候,不需要防尘棚安装条件,设备也能正常运行。In view of the two key problems involved in the investigation of the influence of installation environment factors on the flashover discharge of GIS after installation, namely, the simulation of particle movement in the vacuum process and the influence of micron-scale particles on the electric field distortion, a 3 D max model of GIS was established based on the actual 500 kV GIS equipment.The finite element calculation fluid function is used to calculate the number of residual GIS particles when the pressure is pumped to 133 Pa from one atmospheric pressure.According to the size and number of residual particles, the influence of particles less than 10 μm on the surface electric field of GIS basin-type insulator is calculated by using the function of finite element electric field calculation.The results show that the particles below 5 μm are easy to be removed in the vacuum process and the position, shape and size of the micro metal particles have an effect on the electric field intensity along the insulator surface.When the particles are less than 2.5 μm, flashover discharge will not occur.Combined with the atmospheric particulate matter of Fuzhou, only considering the installation environment, when the weather is fine, there is no need for dust shelter installation conditions, and the equipment could also operate normally.
